Cycle the Ring of Kerry for Down Syndrome Kerry
Down Syndrome Kerry branch is a voluntary run organisation. It is made up of parents and family members for children with Down Syndrome. Every person that is involved in the branch gives of their time and effort generously and freely. Enabling each person reach their full potential is the main goal of Down Syndrome Kerry. Maintaining ongoing services is a key objective of the branch.
To be beneficiaries of the ROKCC 2020 means that our young adults will be given a valuable opportunity to be educated/ trained with the necessary skills, practical as well as soft skills, that will help them transition to employment.
As a branch we plan to expand on work to date and to provide further Training & Employment opportunities for adults using the funds raised from the ROKCC. The proposal is essentially Employability.
